 1- Open .htaccess and Add These Lines,

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yoursite.com/your404page.html

and Save .htaccess File.

2- Now Create Your404Page.html Page and Custom it with your Desire and Upload this your404page.html file to your Server,Make Sure You add File in Main Folder  of your website Server.

3- Now visit Your Website Like this http://yourdomian.com/123456789 Then You will Automatically Redirect to your 404 Page.
